Responsible for assisting the HR Manager in creating company policies, preparing and implementing compensation and benefits packages, recruitment and hiring and maintaining updated employee records. HR Specialists are also responsible for creating job posts and updating applicants’ roles if there is a need to.

Role and Responsibilities
- Recruiting applicants using Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Creating job posts.
- Interviewing applicants.
- Informing job applicants of job duties, responsibilities, benefits, schedules, working conditions, and promotion opportunities.
- Informing employees of their compensation and benefits packages and informing them if they are eligible for a new one.
- Assists HR Manager in creating company policies.
- Ensures updating of employee’s records and job status if there are changes.
- Maintains organizational charts and detailed job descriptions.
- Assists employees with their queries and responds in a timely manner.
- Conducting training sessions with program managers.
- Addressing any employment relations issues, such as work complaints and other company-related issues.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources or a related field.
- Knowledgeable of Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Must have 3 years of experience in the same field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledgeable of Microsoft and Google applications.
- Familiarity with recruitment and hiring process.
- Good problem solving abilities.
