General Objective:

The Operations Manager will be responsible for the steady-state of operations and production resources. The Operations Manager will implement and manage capability Operating Model, processes, and training documentation; revising them as necessary or needed. The Operations Manager is responsible for the operating performance and will work closely with our professionals to ensure they are successful. The incumbent will work with site internal team members and operations staff to provide focus and direction for operations performance improvement within a matrix environment and will work across various parameters to achieve objectives. Additionally, the Operations Manager shall analyze and improve organizational processes, quality, productivity, and efficiency.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement operating systems and work processes consistent with management philosophy and framework.  
  • Define and Improve operational workflow, processes, and procedures 
  • Implement continuous improvement strategies to operations that yield sustainable results.
  • Drive and execute in a collaborative manner  
  • Manages all operational aspects of the area including productivity, planning, and daily business  processes  
  • Strong ability to work cross-functionally to achieve desired organizational results.
  • Proven ability to effectively manage multiple projects amid changing priorities in a fast-paced  environment and produce outstanding results  
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed  
  • Help support launch in new/nearby markets by sharing best practices, training new hires, etc 
  • Maintain professionalism through excellent organizational skills, timeliness, regular  communication, and meeting deadlines  
  • Performs other duties or special projects as required or as assigned by supervisor.
  • Participate in other functional areas to resolve production problems and initiate corrective  actions  
  • Meet expected quality of service on maintenance and deployment of upgrades, enhancements,  and modifications to operational systems  
  • Assists in developing and achieving the annual budget for Operations.  
  • Manage and track key performance indicators (KPIs) in conjunction with operations.
