The customer’s main challenge was to maintain HCP contact while launching new products and new indications in Immunology, Hematology and Oncology, and maintaining sales on existing products. In addition, the customer needed to insure that the HCP’s were aware of available patient services and dosing information to support new indications.
The Solution
Digital integration of shared office demographic information with the Remote Sales and Field Reps working from home. The development of a robust requirements and reporting strategy and structure allowed streamlining of programs and effectiveness of messaging to increase.
